Ramil Asadulzade is an experienced executive with more than 20 years of leadership across finance, operations, and strategy within the global energy sector. Most recently, he served as CEO of SOCAR Petroleum SA, following over a decade in senior leadership roles within the organization, including Chief Financial Officer. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in financial analysis, IFRS, risk management, corporate strategy, and large-scale project execution. His international experience spans Azerbaijan, Turkey, Switzerland, and Romania, where he has led cross-functional teams and managed complex operational environments. He holds an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
